This flower is found in El Valle de Anton, province of Cocle. Its scientific name is Peristeria Elata.  It´s terrestrial.  It blooms between july and October. You can find it near rivers and streams in a very humid environment. Valle de Anton has a very nice climate year round due to its altitute of 2200 mts (7217.85 ft).    Temperature  goes from 20 to 26 ºC (68ºF to 78ºF).
